Businesses are solely responsible for:

  • Updating expired or unavailable promotions.

  • Failure to honour advertised offers may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

6. Fees

Some services may be free, while others may require payment. Applicable fees, subscriptions, or advertising charges will always be communicated before they apply. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.

7. Business Responsibilities

Businesses agree to:

  • Treat customers fairly.

  • Respect consumer protection laws.

8. User Reviews

Customers may leave ratings or reviews. Businesses agree not to manipulate reviews or submit false feedback. Pop Ici may remove reviews that violate our Community Guidelines.

9. Prohibited Content

Businesses may not publish content that:

  • Is discriminatory or hateful.

  • Promotes violence.

  • Contains false advertising.

  • Infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Contains malware or harmful software.

10. Intellectual Property

Businesses retain ownership of their logos, trademarks, and promotional materials. By uploading content, you grant Pop Ici a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and promote your content in connection with the platform.

11. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Pop Ici may update, modify, or temporarily suspend services for maintenance or improvements.

12. Limitation of Liability

Pop Ici acts solely as a platform connecting businesses and users.

We are not responsible for:

  • Transactions between businesses and customers.

  • Pricing errors.

  • Customer disputes.

  • Financial losses arising from the use of the platform.

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
